Locked in and closed before the rates went up

Yes, I am thankful that we are locked in. I read the news about rates rising.
Nevertheless, we miss you already!
Some days I feel like faxing you a bank statement or something just for old times’ sake.
Let’s hope interest rates go down again next year so we get to do this all over again with you!
